Well, it's not EXACTLY what Flynn did. Flynn was part of an incoming administration. Biden is just some private citizen.

Remember in the WallAss debate? He explained he hadn't called WA and OR officials re: Antifa because he was just a private citizen. Pepe farms remembers.
