The General Services Administration (GSA) are supposed to freeze the Biden team out of access to the State Department, which facilitates calls between foreign leaders.

Apparently Biden is already working with Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Makron to try and force Boris Johnson to 'water down' Brexit. The British have been fighting years to get our country out of the EU and now at a critical stage of the Brexit 'negotiations' we have Biden interfering when he has no legal authority to do so.
