There is only one punishment acceptable for this level of treason and that is death by hanging or firing squad, whichever the guilty should prefer, because we are a civilized people and believe in giving people the right to vote on which death they choose!

Fraud is a legal accusation.
An accusatino made publicly that is found false can result in a libel suit. This is the purpose of the quotation marks around the word.
It's a subtle nod that glitch is their term and we know it to be a sham.
For us here, it is probably fine, but for media, they have to consider the legal ramification if it is not proven in court.
