It's a brief filed as a "Friend of the Court". The premise of the argument is that PA not only sidestepped it's own state legislature, they also sidestepped the constitution by allowing ballots that come in after election day to be counted. There is NO provision for that in the constitution, pandemic or not. This means that the electoral votes in our states - who ran their elections based on the constitution - may be subjected to this illegal action. THIS IS ALL OF OUR BUSINESS!! Please ask your AG to file the same brief!

Call all the AGs. It's a phone call. You have time for that.

Google can still be your friend...

Too busy working right now. Only time for casual banter.

What state are you in?

jdg00 5 points ago +5 / -0

Texas and I already contacted Ken Paxton.

I was writing our AG and then I realized that Alabama does some stuff correctly, we're already on it.

Outstanding. Personally, I think this is the strongest case for Trump. Eliminate after-hour ballots and it's a Trump landslide.

I called the Alabama AG office on Friday, got sent to a voicemail but told him he needed to get off his butt and get in the fight. Alabama is one of the most Pro-Trump states in this country and helped launched his 2016 campaign.

Well, they must have gotten the message! Alabama is on board! They take these calls seriously! They are well aware that one phone call represents thousands of constituents. Make the calls! Send the emails!

I think she already is a part of the amicus briefs via RAGA (Republican Attorney Generals Association). I saw an article on redstate yesterday that mentioned it.

My AG is Keith Ellison......

BidensCareTaker 3 points ago +3 / -0

Done. Thank you for the idea.

3
FragrantDude 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hah, yeah right! My state's AG bans guns because they look scary. I'm sure they're rooting for Biden and probably directly helped the election fraud in my state. feelsbadman.jpg

Then make an official complaint. Let them know you're not going to stand for their shit anymore. What I said still applies to dealing with the enemy side, too.

3
FragrantDude 3 points ago +3 / -0

My state government is blue all the way through. Who would I make the complaint to that wouldn't immediately get circular filed? I've previously tried even going all the way up to Congresspeople and Senators, they've all said they don't care.

VTmaga 2 points ago +2 / -0

I feel your pain.

1
One-Man_Riot [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

So call them and tell them you've had all you're going to take from them.

2
FragrantDude 2 points ago +2 / -0

That wouldn't be something I warn them of first.

3
bejeavis 3 points ago +3 / -0

Think of it this way. At this point it's either your states legal vote that gets thrown out through dilution/nullification or the fake votes in PA (and other states) get thrown out. This is a national issue not just limited to the states where the fraud is taking place.

Bob Ferguson of WA State is a cuck.

Basically this: I am writing <calling> to implore Attorney General <your state ag> to join the AG's in Ohio, Alabama, Missouri, Texas, and others in their filing of briefs with the SCOTUS under "Friend of the Court" that challenge the constitutionality of Pennsylvania sidestepping not only their own state legislature, but also the constitution of the United States by extending the deadline for receiving ballots after election day. There is no provision for this in the constitution. This unconstitutional maneuvering subjects our own <# of your state's EV's> electoral votes to illegal actions. Please join the other AG's who have made this filing with the Supreme court! It is a simple yet powerful argument. And you have zero political blowback to fear! The voters of <your state, hopefully> made it very clear we are behind this President, our Governor, and our Attorney General. Please carry out the will of the people!

I've told all my friends and family to email the AG in Iowa

2
One-Man_Riot [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's great! But make it easy for them. Send the direct link to the contact form.

2
ReignOfTyphon 2 points ago +2 / -0

My AG is a blackface wearing communist, of whom in all probably stole his own election 3 years ago.

2
One-Man_Riot [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then call him and tell him we're not taking this shit anymore. He's put on notice. The principle applies both ways!

2
cob05 2 points ago +2 / -0

I would, but my AG is the shitheel that guaranteed Trump could not win PA before any votes were counted. He's a corrupt piece of shit along with the governor and Lt. Governor (full on pothead pedo looking fag).

When all is said and done and all fraud is stripped away, PA will be deep, dark red as it should be.

I am writing to implore Attorney General Moody to join the AG's in Ohio, Alabama, Missouri, Texas, and others in their filing of briefs under "Friend of the Court" that challenge the constitutionality of Pennsylvania sidestepping not only their own state legislature, but also the constitution of the United States by extending the deadline for receiving ballots after election day. There is no provision for this in the constitution. This unconstitutional maneuvering subjects our own 25 electoral votes to illegal actions. Please join the other AG's who have made this filing with the Supreme court! It is a simple yet powerful argument. And you have zero political blowback to fear! The voters of Florida made it very clear we are behind this President, our Governor, and our Attorney General. Please strongly consider this!

I’m calling PA and MI state representatives to pressure them to vote for Republican Electoral College votes. Looks like I’m gonna have to add a few dozen AGs to my list!

Did you actually get to speak with the AG, or just a staffer? I’m mostly getting staffers.
