The question I have is does someone have a database copy that wasn't updated on Nov 10th? It would be interesting to see if there were mass changes in the DOB field to cover the issue that earlier posters were identifying.
I also don't see a create or modified date in the record. So you have no idea if they had someone scrambling to "cover" their tracks from any forensic analysis.
For example, if you pull up the database and find that there are 200K entries that have been changed AFTER the election, you would have to ask why and then go to the PA Dept. of Elections and ask for a backup tape from the 3rd of November to compare against.

Answered my question - the wayback machine has multiple copies over the Nov 3rd to Nov 10th timeframes.
