I'm a college student short on time and with finals coming up, but I am saddened and terrified by the fraud that Biden could possibly get away with. How do I help make sure the truth is revealed and the illegal votes are thrown out? I'll never be able to forgive myself if Biden gets away with it and I didn't do whatever I could to save my country.

Being a red pilled college student makes you special as such- many a are brainwashed, turn a blind eye, deny or don't care.
Reach out to the Trump team and ask them where / how you can help. (If you don't know how to do that, you could try tweeting him, the team or one of his kids on twitter or sending them a dm. You could also contact your local GOP and ask them how to reach the team or if they have advice on how to help.) Also, if you can spare a few dollars, you could send that for their defense of the vote. Go to DJTs website for that. Great to know you are engaged in this and want to see truth and reality prevail. Wake up others and then make sure they do the same.
