Think about it, theres probably a lot of poll workers shitting their pants right now because they may have committed a damning offense. Offer amnesty to the common men and woman that cheated. Give them incentive to say "Fuck it this aint worth it" and tell the truth". Then charge the big players in this scheme with treason.
