Virginia is strange as fuck and I don't think they rigged it for the top of the ticket.
Dominion software is used in Virginia. Can't stop skynet once it's deployed no matter where it's deployed.

I compared virginias rise in absolute voting number in comparsion to maryland, washington DC and so forth it is really strange
