Well shouldn't the machine track the amount of ballots that there are and then they would know when the numbers don't match after the ballots have been torn up? So lets say the machine takes 20000 trump votes and turns them into biden votes, then they tear up the republican ballots to get rid of evidence. you now have 20000 biden votes that materialized out of nothing.
This will only catch mistakes that occurred during counting. Won't catch frauded ballots included in the count, will it? Does the Trump legal team have evidence of fraud? File a lawsuit, a simple recount isn't enough!
