I got my folks up to date with oann and a few others but the main thing I told them was this:

"Go ahead and keep watching Fox if you want, but pay attention to what is and isn't being talked about on there compared to these new avenues for your news..."

Old people are stubborn. :)

Edit: remember, a person who used to whipe your ass may not care about your thoughts on politics or finances.
