Someone at a local shop said exactly this.

The narrative is that republicans were burned out by Trump and wanted something different. This was then followed by showing me a purplish map of the states showing we really aren’t that divided.

All I could say was, “I disagree”.

4 fucking years of gaslighting by the media and people still act like they are neutral bystanders.

Are you referring to me or the other party?

Just these normies in general.

'Trump burned them out!'

No, the MEDIA did.

Which is completely false because Trump had a 94-96% approval rating from his own party.

If possible, could you send me the link to that map? Because I'd like to red-pill him further...for whatever good that will do.

I also tried to explain that I highly doubt a large portion of Republicans decided on the DAY of election to be like "yeah nope...no more Trump" when the rallies were so huge + Republicans tend to stick with the pack and not have as much in-fighting as Dems do.

The map I’m referring to was just a combining of the colors red and blue based upon the percentage of voters for each during this election cycle, by state.

I’m not sure where he got it, but it was clear it was a tool to get republicans to chill and accept things. I also don’t know the person beyond making a purchase and am not sure why they felt the need to go there as I had not said anything of the sort previously.

So when blm shows up to burn us out of our homes we should accept that we're really not so divided.

I see.

Fuck that!
