they can cure until 11/12

that is what the legislature said they could do and that is what the SCOTUS backed up

that is why Trump will lose NC. they are going to cook up enough ballots from 11/4 to 11/12 to steal it. Sorry thems the rules the voted in and the SCOTUS supported.
