Someone, with inside knowledge of Democrats casting illegal votes using the maiden names of married women, provided that stat to the media, because it's impossible to know something like that without knowing how those votes were cast. It would be impossible for exit polls to identify these phantom votes, and there is no way to know how a "single" woman voted from just looking at the voter rolls and election count.

So, the only conclusion is that the "single women voted for Biden" is a very small number in reality, or someone had inside knowledge that the maiden name fraud was occurring.
