Common sense safety alert. When in a commercial space always familiarize yourself with room occupancy levels and a second means of egress. Without delving into door occupancy levels, if you are out and about ALWAYS know where a second entrance/exit is besides the one you came in. The nightclub fires death toll was so high because an exit door was covered up but also because when people panic, they try and leave through the same door they came in, leading to stampedes. Restaurants will always have a side door in the main dining area and one in the kitchen as well (but that is not considered a public emergency exit since most restaurant fires happen in the kitchen.) Locate the emergency exit doors in grocery stores, any store you frequent regularly and have a mental exit plan in case you need to leave somewhere quickly.
