From my understanding. We always take a long time cause of the multiple military bases we have shipping ballots across state.... or we just dump the ones on election night and call it like we did Obamas first term with over 100k votes from the military not counting. I was over seas and was pissed when I heard.
Took their damn time. 1 day to count 95% then a week for 5%. All completely normal folks, stop asking questions.
