I agree with you. It still confuses me but apparently Cooper said he would give all school age parents additional money for virtual learning supplies. Comes out to about $335 per person. Such a small amount that wouldn’t even matter if the Forest won and opened the schools back up. Fear is ruling these people’s lives.
