I gave the exact steps on how to do it. Make sure to use "invert colors" in MS Paint. Then use the bucket fill with any color (I used red) on the main gray/blackish background. I thought it was fake too as I only saw the after shots hence why I made the guide so others can verify themselves. You seem to have posted now a few times inferring it isn't real - why don't you send a screenshot proving there is nothing on your side? Otherwise you seem to be a troll.
