Seriously. How come he still hasn't fixed this glaring and persistent problem of his. I mean, you'd think with all the backstabbers, leakers, fake whistleblowers, anonymous book peddlers; with all the Boltons, Wrays and Sessions of the world, that he would have an intimate understanding of how much these awful hires of his have hurt him, and that he would change his ways as a result.

Yet here we are...

He can appoint a select team of individuals that he knows have his back (I am talking about like 2 dozen at the most), people who have deep knowledge about who is on team MAGA and who is a swamp rat, and they can forward suggestions to him on who to hire and who not to hire for positions x, y or z.

But he seems to have no such vetting system or group in place that can seperate the good from the bad.

In actual fact, he basically only needs one trustworthy and decently politically connected person to start the ball rolling on forming a team around him of people who will bring to him information, of all forms, that he can trust.

So it doesn't call for a great undertaking on his part to create such a team. And god knows he is in dire need of it.

Because the President must delegate and cannot micro manage everything - he has to rely on people until it's shown they are unreliable. Do you know how many employees are in the executive branch? 4 million including half a million active duty military. Any idea how many issues he has to deal with in a typical day? It's an impossible job. So, yes, there are going to be people that don't like or agree with the President. The important thing is they do their job regardless. When they don't, they get the axe.

We are not talking low level staffers here. Just look at all his misses thus far: Sessions, Rosenstein, Coats, Wray, Atkinson, Mattis, Esper, Haspel, Tillerson and on and on and on - these guys are/were high level personnel, most of them Cabinet officials infact.

He can't just let someone hire people for these kinds of positions without himself getting personally involved in the vetting process (or having someone he intimately trust carry that out for him).

It doesn't require micro-managing on his part to get this portion of his job done right, anyone could have guessed just looking at Rosenstein (Uranium 1), Wray (best buds with Comey), Atkinson (involved in the coup effort over at DoJ NSC divison carrying out the spying on Trump), Haspel (pals with Brennan and worked the UK desk as they were gathering intel on Trump during his candidacy), that they would be traitorous fucks.

I don't have access to his thinking process nor do I have possession of all the relevant information. I have to trust that the President is doing the best he can do. Perhaps those listed had a specific use or purpose and when it was fulfilled they were let go. DJT is pretty smart. I don't see as you or I have much choice but to trust his judgement.

Sure, we shouldn't nitpick and complain about every little thing, as it would probably demoralize the "Trump movement" and make it more vulnerable to attack from those wishing to keep the status quo. On the other hand, we shouldn't just sit on our hands and refrain from critiquing him when we feel there are potentially some serious issues that needs to be adressed, issues which if not adressed could serve the interest of the very same people wishing to undo Trump's agenda (and the agenda of every american I would say).

My intent was not to shut you down or even disagree with you on an abstract level. I don't like a lot of people the President hires. All I'm saying is: I don't think we have much say in the matter. He has his reasons I'm sure and we just aren't privy to all the information.
There is so much going on that we don't know. Sometimes you just have to have faith that DJT is the right man for the job. Can you imagine the noise from everyone shouting advice to the man 24/7? I can only look on in wonder at how any man can do what he does.

He trusted the Bush carryovers, the Bushshits. Barr, Wray, et al. because of the GOP leadership.

This is why we are not Republicans, we are the Lion party of dragon energy.

Trump is an outsider, so back in 2016 he didn't know who was part of the swamp. now 4 years later, pretty sure he has a good idea of who are the swamp creatures. they will be dealt with
