It’s a picture of a piece of paper with words on it. Nothing official seeming about it. No title, or letterhead or even a date. Need another photo to verify this photo is worth considering (like where it was posted and when). I could replicate this in notepad/excel in under 5 minutes. Im sure I’ll get downvoted to hell but this picture is useless.
