20
ThatDeviantGuy 20 points ago +20 / -0

Yes this is basically the argument against crime statistics

14
ClownTamer 14 points ago +14 / -0

I’m very close to those at the heart of that movement. The premise of the new arguments against accurate crime stats is that crime committed by other races is under reported. They then use statistics to support that, namely the number of social media posts about it. Quite literally, they’re using the media narrative to support their side. “There has to be more crime committed by other races!! Everyone’s talking about it!” They turn Twitter and Facebook into statistics.

1
rootGoose 1 point ago +1 / -0

Let me guess: they don’t compile bragging by all races - just some.

2
ClownTamer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Haha, yes. They completely discount the seemingly endless social media accounts filled with “fuck da poe-lease” and people holding guns gangster style like they’re toys and all that.

Personally, I’d be fine arresting anyone that even has that all over their social media. Not like they’re going to go on to do something great one day. Imagine if there was an account going around doing that but saying “fuck the black people” and saying they were going to shoot black people. Or women. Instantly arrested.

YouKnowWhatItIs87 6 points ago +6 / -0

Exactly! As I watched this and I’m not exactly the smartest person on the planet but I can understand what he’s describing as “too perfect of a vote count declining in heavy republican precincts too linear to be natural by far based mainly on “Straight Party” voters. That says A LOT. Problem is, even though a laymen like me can sort of “get it”, this isn’t the type of news formatted for CNN or other MSM because, not saying I know more than any others, but it’s not exactly exciting to most people who just want to tune in real quick and see what’s happening. They wouldn’t or maybe even couldn’t air this in an appropriate manner because they’re also trying to be concerned with their viewership and thus their bottom line. I guess goes back to the quip I made earlier when I first started watching this 3 minutes in, how could we use this to inform others? I would love suggestions because I know if I were to start talking about points made here, I would be tuned out real fast.

Please, sticky this post. It goes beyond simply proving systematic fraud against Trump in Michigan but is an indictment on the US's voting system as a whole, as well as an indictment of the companies that made the voting software and the many organizations that supposedly "ensure voting integrity."

It also gives reasonable, easy to implement, common-sense solutions to fixing our broken voting system, and the answer isn't getting rid of the electoral college.

This country needs a massive overhaul in how we do voting.

To Restore Election Integrity: partial list of 25+ things (also in last link below in the whole enchillada):

https://thedonald.win/p/HrTaRe8O/-what-have-brought-our-country-t/

As for Election Day and counting, it's rather simple: (I had a longer list posted back in the day) Paper, Open Hours 1 day voting, no electronics required or desired for ballots or counting, lots of small precincts (like elemtary schools) all ballots into the counting center before start counting; all counting done within a hour or few. Real simple, real honest. Full Results before midnight.

Our President DJT keeps asking for this, and no one around him is giving him this info:

Gatekeepers going to gatekeep. Need help cutting through the noise. Need help cutting out the bluepilled and purple pilled narratives, even in legal filings.

For those that want to read the differences between Redpilled Strictly-Constitutional Legal grounds vs what most cases do, here's my comment 12 days ago:

If you want a short redpilled hot-sauce version of legal grounds to win:

The vast majority of Election Integrity Destruction comes from violating the "Guaranteed Republican Form of Government" clause in the US Constitution, as judges have pushed Democracy Party ideology & propaganda of democracy and marxism over/instead of a republic.

Having a Supreme Court which Strikes down the ASHWANDER RULES & returns to doing their key job of upholding their own Oaths and enforcing others to uphold their Oaths to Uphold the US Constitution as written; will solve 99% of our Nations policy/legal/justice problems by putting branches of gov back into their lanes; and our three layers of government back into their proper layers.

25
ProphetOfKek 25 points ago +26 / -1

Seriously? Interesting.

63
Isolated_Patriot 63 points ago +64 / -1

It's not that he invented the idea of sending a message over a computer network, he actually created the protocol that servers use to communicate with each other.

The reason we have over a million different email servers that can all send messages back and forth to each other, without a central server like facebook controlling it all, is because of his "invention of email."

In other words the "Holy Grail" of decentralized internet communication is still the original method of internet communication, and traced back to this guys patent.

POP1 was 1984, 2 years after his system which was fully functional which is impressive. SMTP is from the 1960's was 1 to 1 and in the 1970's small groups but did not have any of the features he claimed to have. Its like text messages versus email. They are both electronic communication of a form but wildly different in function.

-2
deleted -2 points ago +1 / -3
11
hitchhiker 11 points ago +11 / -0

The decentralized communication of the internet is more due to the early work by BBN to create ARPANET, and TCP/IP, which was invented by Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn. The general concept of email was around in the 60s, when ARPANET came along it quickly became possible to send messages to users on other networks. By the time Shiva wrote his "EMAIL" program, we were already seeing emoticons, using the "@" sign for addressing, and had seen the first spam mail. To be fair, I know nothing else of the guy's work, but I get pretty suspicious of a guy who makes a claim like "Inventor of EMAIL" in his Twitter name. Granted it's accurate as the program he wrote was literally named "EMAIL".

4
brother_red 4 points ago +4 / -0

Correct.

Shiva is a nut, and even if he's got something here with the election data, there is no fucking way Trump team needs to associate with him.

Apparently the first to patent it. The person they say "truely" invented it seems to have been referring to a text message system, not an electronic mail system.

22
Isolated_Patriot 22 points ago +22 / -0

That argument came about because Dr.Shiva is a pretty based dude who is 100% against censorship and centralized control of the internet. So they had to bullshit some way of taking his claim to fame away.

"Sending a message" was invented the very first time two computers were linked together. And before that it was invented with the telegram, and before that with hand written letters. There's always a first cause in the invention chain, and it's never actually the first invention. But sometimes, it is actually a new way of doing it.

Might as well credit the inventor of the internet, Al Gore (/s).

3
brother_red 3 points ago +3 / -0

Nobody is taking away the fact that as a young guy, he wrote a functioning email system and named it email. In 1978.

Email has been around since 1971.

https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20190518/23370542236/laying-out-all-evidence-shiva-ayyadurai-did-not-invent-email.shtml

4
ChickenFried 4 points ago +4 / -0

3
DisgustedByMisleadia 3 points ago +4 / -1

He's not old enough to invent email as we know it (a distributed system, using SMTP over the Internet). That was invented back in the early 70's.

In the late 70's, Ayyadurai wrote a centralized email system that he called EMAIL. That's a different design and implementation, closer to a Microsoft Exchange Server.

1
drhr 1 point ago +2 / -1

Actually SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server is a simple version of a Microsoft Exchange Server.
Simplistically an email message has a From: To: CC: BCC: Subject: and the text of the message. This is the interoffice mail system that Shiva invented by replicating the old INTEROFFICE MAIL system and he copyrighted EMAIL with the USPTO . That's my understanding from reading his blog.

TLDW (WITH TIMESTAMPS)

6:12 Input

No voter registration card. No authentication. No receipt for the personal that actually voted. Can YOU prove you voted in an election? Conclusion: No definitive proof of your voting in an election.

6:55 Output

In input is 30 voters, say 10 voted for A, 20 for B. The output should give (30 ballots - 30 voters)

10 votes for A, 20 votes for B Provided the SYSTEM cannot change the OUTPUT

If that's possible, then there is ambiguity If output can be manipulated,
then we have no idea (e.g. "evidence" is not evidence, it is ambiguous) We
have no idea what the black box did, and we cannot REPRODUCE the input from
the output to verify!

7:58 Ballot Images

Tabulation machines scan images of the ballot. These images are what is counted (and stored). They are "the ballot" since they are the only record. The images are supposed to be (per fed law) maintained for 22 months. Many states ignore this and delete the images, meaning we cannot count or audit the representations of the phsyical ballots

by design from the states and in contravention of federal election law!

10:05 Weighted Race Feature

All digital voting tabulators since Diebold (the original) have a FEATURE called "Weighted Race". This allows the vote counter to tell the system how to alter the output according to some weights (e.g. distribute votes unevenly or play with fractions).

11:04 Storing Our Votes as Decimals

This enables obfuscation of the system, since the output is represented in decimal percentages by precinct. These are not INTEGER numbers (e.g. raw counts), but percentages (e.g. floating point numbers stored on a computer). This introduces both inaccuracy and ambiguity, since the system changes the output (going from counting to imprecise fractional representation). This opens the door for manipulating vote distributions. We see the results in older races (like Shiva's in MA), where the total number of votes exceeded the number of voters in ALL city/towns. Either by design or rounding error (wink).

Ex. As the total number of votes increased, they expect to see the actual distribution stabilize (e.g. approaching the actual population of voter percentage). In the hand-counted county, this occurs. In all other machine-counted counties (again for Shiva's MA election), the percentage does NOT converge, which is not natural, and indicative of fraud.

14:04 Executive summary

In three major counties analyzed, Trump's margin was reduced by a minimum of 138000 votes

Trump's vote total was decreased by 69K Biden's vote total was increased by 69K

In short, 69K votes from Trump were transferred to Biden in these 3 counties.

[Ed. note - there appears to be hard evidence for a weighted-race algorithm employed to ensure that where Trump would be expected to do well proportionally, e.g. in larger straight-ticket Republican precincts, he did the opposite!

This phenomenon repeated through multiple counties, and only "kicks in" when the % of Republican straight ticket count is above 20-25%. Before the vote hacking occurs, Trump substantially outperforms the straight ticket republican votes in these assumably proportionally smaller Red precincts!]

23:54 Negative correlation with trump popularity vs. republicans in Oakland County

Odd that 45% straight party EV in Oakland County yielded 20% invidivual votes only. Strong (almost perfect) negative correlation with straight party Republican.

Implication (assuming straight ticket = individual candidate), 10% of trump individual voters were given to biden. (200 votes) (not totally clear)

30:57 Noticed that Outliers on the negative correlation (adjacent) where trump won, indicated vote trading from trump to biden.

Establishes a trend, which can be fit based on empirical data. 31:34 Total of 40K estimated EV transferred

LOL, Trump more population in 20% or less straight party line precincts according to data, drastically less popular as a linear function OMG

"Too structured; too perfect" Reminds about weighted race feature from Diebold and similar machines

33:30 Election Day voting, same exact phenomenon! LOL 20K estimated 60K vote transfer overall for one county

34:52 Macomb, Trump does even better in the low range (up to 25%), then correction kicks in....same stuff.

Election day, he's doing even better ~22% on election day, then hack kicks in....

Total 33K

36:22 Kent County.... Same correction, 45K hacked votes 85% republican, Trump is at 25%? NO WAY

Linear phenomenon is unnatural, should be clustered.

38:07 Wayne County

Different result (probably different algorthim). Trump does even better in ostensbily low republican counties, much higher yield for individual Trump. Clear that Trump does better.

39:48 Results

Algorithm moves Trump votes to BIDEN As precincts increase with more % of Republican straight ticket, greater % of trump votes transferred to BIDEN.

SLOPE IS THE ~SAME FOR EACH COUNTY! Wayne County had no Trump hack algorithm detected (at least not the same)

41:50 Discussion

Algorithm is assumed to be a weighted race allocation method. Transfer a % of votes from one candidate to another THe % is a "Weighted" decimal value Weighted Race is a documented feature in ALL vendors (including Dominion) Assume derived from original Diebold stuff (featured).

Why are more % of Trump votes transferred to BIDEN precincts that have more Republicans?

Are BOTH republicans and democracts involved in supporting this algorithm?

Are BOTH parties aware of such features in these voting systems?

Is it Possible that this pattern is normal, and explains a normal voting pattern?

Is Mitt Romney right? Since Republicans stayed Republican, but no longer liked Trump?

45:17 If that were true, you would expect to see a more uniform decrease with losses, not a LINEAR decrease that worsens proportional to Republican representation! (KILLER)

47:30 Phil - What % chance what we're seeing is not an algorithm?

Benny - Rarely would say 0%, 1%. It's just not something you would see again. The engineering is reversing the organization of the precincts. As they grow in size, at some point, you're supposed to strike an average. (Diverges!). Not germane to something that's natural, must be artificial.

Are BOTH parties Democrats and Republicans aware of the algorithmic process? Is a coup underway? Who is behind such a coup: Democrats, Republicans, or BOTH? Or, did BIDEN win?

50:00 Conclusion

Inputs and outputs to our voting systems are unverifiable. Need for: verifiable inputs (permanent voter registration card) open source software handmarked paper ballots Viable solution because if at any point you want to remove the computer from the process, you can still arrive at an output. Voter intent is enshrined with hand-eye coordination.

The documented feature of a weighted election is such a bad idea. The only verifiable to us is the input.

Think that what happened was in MI, they saw something was wrong in some counties (flat curve) and hand counted. In bigger counties, left it with the machines and produced a curve.

The image of the ballot is what the machine counts. That ballot image IS the ballot. Those ballot images (in many states) are DELETED. There is no way to reproduce. Saving of ballot images is a factory setting. Ballot voting companies are trying to be compliant with federal law (save all records for election for 22 months). Places like MA don't save. They claim that MA state has a different law that allows them to delete the images.

[Has copies of email conversations with MA secretary of state, shared on twitter, SOS got Shiva banned for 21 days!, went for injunction pro se, judge Mark Wolf agreed that SOS had induced twitter! Learned of National Organization of Sate Election Directors controlled by Rockerfeller Bros and Murdoch Co. NASED also contated Twitter to have Shiva banned! WTF!]

save ballot images pursuant to federal law publish ballot images publicly (allow for public recount) automatic audits - audit every election publish precinct leel data (poll tapes) on election night.

14
phibetared 14 points ago +14 / -0

Thank you very much.

Another TLDW: The data looked at at the precinct level shows as the precincts grow is size of "Straight Republican Voters" - the popularity of Trump shrinks, linearly. This makes NO sense at all - so it must be artificial. The software has a "weighting" function - which could be programmed to inject this artificiality into the voting results.

If some set percentage of republicans didn't like Trump, you'd see a "flat" line. But the line goes downward, which shows Trump's popularity decreases the more republican an area is. This is, of course, ridiculous,

8

I wonder if dead voters are a decoy, to lead and exhaust our efforts down dead end roads and make us look crazy.

14
doug2 14 points ago +14 / -0

No, it's a fail safe. If one method doesnt work/gets called out/falls short, they use other methods. It's all important. Here's the bottom line, this shit wasn't enough. The scorecard/hammer/dominion glitches that flip votes were not enough to come close to beating trump. They made this realization late in the evening and stopped the election. Somehow. And then flew in 100s of 1000s of ballots all for Biden with no down ballot votes at all

7
ThePowerOfPrayer 7 points ago +7 / -0

MAGA turnout was larger than anticipated and would have resulted in a repeat of 2016.

They were ready with the backup methods this time and hoped Trump would just conceded when he realized the fix was in, Fucking morons.

6
Lerk 6 points ago +6 / -0

I forget the name of the heavy democrat example they game that showed trump actually around a 7% increase among them? With this info, is it safe to assume that the algorithm was not put into place for any heavy dem precincts?? Also, if it’s the case..is this increase in trump votes in heavy dem precincts a huge reason why it was so close anyway with all the manipulation?

4
phibetared 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's not clear where/how the algorithm worked. But yes, it appears that it wasn't "turned on" at heavy dem precincts. Probably no need to.

Yes, the heavy Trump turnout in Dem areas (above 2016 performance) definitely helped Trump. It points to the fact that Trump could not have lost. He gained ground in every area of support - but lost? Nope.

1
mogstaar 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe it's because they figure the heavy democrat counties are the MOST LIKELY to be audited or investigated for fraud. But there would be no detection of this problem by looking at just those counties!!

2
NC_patriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wasn't it Wayne County (Detroit)? He said it didn't look like they used the algorithm there because the data stayed linear.

1
Lerk 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yea it was one of the four—I just forgot which one. Wild stuff

3
slag 3 points ago +3 / -0

the popularity of Trump shrinks, linearly.

It doesn't just shrink linearly; You can see a visible band of noise "around" the center of the curve fit, e.g. there appears to be a function sampling from some distribution (maybe gaussian) to create the appearance of naturalness. Yet the halfwidth for the error appears constant as you follow the fit. So messed up.

4
phibetared 4 points ago +4 / -0

That noise is natural. That's the only part of the data that looks legit. (That plus the first/lefthand 15 percent or so where Trump is polling about 8 percent higher than expected in "non-republican" precincts.

5
Lerk 5 points ago +5 / -0

...based off that fact of him polling better in non republican precincts...did those dem heavy precincts who voted for trump at a 8% increase basically save the election as far as allowing recounts/audits and also making the algorithm more obvious to heavy republican precincts? It was a lot of cool info but my knowledge is elementary on the subject

5
phibetared 5 points ago +5 / -0

Well, the MIT guy seems to think the vote changing algorithm didn't kick in until they got to heavier Trump areas (guarateed 20 percent R voting). The dem heavy precincts just show a strong showing for Trump - doesn't really influence the "fraud" findings. It's the high republican areas where Trump should have down much better but didn't.... that's where it's obviously fraudulant.

3
HungNavySeal300Kills 3 points ago +3 / -0

They didn't really want to flip Republican counties too much. Just the ones on the margins. Their chief goal was silently stealing from rural counties and securing statewide offices. The weird thing is it was only used for the Presidential ticket. Dr. Shiva points out a possible theory that both Republicans and Democrats have been using this system to decide beforehand who will win the Presidency... So perhaps they let the rest of offices fall as they may, but arrange the Presidency to avoid spending too much money on it or whatever.

1
go2marakesh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Could it be a foreign hack of our system? It would matter to some countries only that Trump lost.

2
Lerk 2 points ago +2 / -0

Got ya thanks

4
slag 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's not the noise I'm talking about. After the linear trend sets in, instead of a dense, straight line (way too artificial), they still have some spread, although it's eerily constant in width as you walk down the trend. To me, it looks like the function that's generating the offset is something like

f(x) = -0.5701x + 13.692 + normal(10,10)

Where the normal(10,10) is just a random sample from a normal distribution with mean of 10 and standard deviation 10. This is a cheap trick to have the "linearity" of the downward slope appear less obvious (inject some noise in there....like nature right).

I produced a plot here that looks pretty damn close to the phenomenon Shiva showed. I think they just pencil whipped the noise

3
phibetared 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, I think the final vote count in each precinct is related to the actual vote count in that precinct. That actual vote count has noise - so when you look at multiple precincts you see that noise that is natural.

Maybe their function was "flip x percent of Trump votes to biden" where x was a function of expected republicanism. Execute that on every batch uploaded to the central system - or AFTER it's at the central system (which would account for the videos showing results.. then having the results change with numbers from trump going to biden)

2
slag 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sure. Piggyback on the natural noise works too. There's probably some parameters (like a wet/dry mix for reverb) to guide the signal.

No receipt for the personal that actually voted.

I just want to point out that if such a receipt were provided, it would greatly facilitate (illegally) paying someone to vote for a particular candidate since they could actually prove that they did what they were being paying to do.

3
slag 3 points ago +3 / -0

There are ways to inject some blindness into the system, while retaining substantially better verification. The fact that they delete any record of the ballots (wipe images) creates an irreproducible system from the start. It cannot be observed the same way twice, ever, since there is not an unambiguous mapping of inputs to outputs.

I'm a normie when it comes to math. I have a doctorate, but it's not in math. I only took geometry and algebra 1 in high school and got a D in both. I took statistics in college and got a C. I was easily able to follow and understand this.

The hurdle isn't normies being too dumb to follow this, it's broken down very well and is easy to follow and understand. The hurdle, in my opinion, is twofold; (1) actually getting people to watch the entire video, and (2) getting people to not instantly disregard it as a lie because the media said there was no voter fraud.

Their only play against this is falsely claiming it has been debunked, and saying ‘there is no direct evidence’, which is wrong and entirely misses the point.

This data is as if you found the name ‘Joe Biden’ spray painted on the walls of the Republican precincts. The only way for it to get there is if someone spray painted it there. It’s not a naturally occurring phenomenon like rain. Their only way out is akin to trying to argue that somehow the walls of all the buildings of the Republican voting areas had miraculously warped in precisely the same manner to display the name ‘Joe Biden’. That would only be possible in the sense that if a 100 trillion years went by, maybe in one of those scenarios it happened by chance.

5
RedditModsAreFaggots [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0 (edited)

It depends on where you go to school. I've been to colleges in the deep South where it was more conservative and college in the heart of a major city in the Northeast where it was overwhelmingly left.

The vast majority of the teachers and administrators at all schools I've been to were far-left, many were even outspoken, anti-constitutional Marxists. I had only 1 teacher who was an outspoken libertarian.

The student body varied depending on where the school was. In the South, the students were split pretty evenly, with maybe a slight advantage to conservatives. In the Northeast, only about 2-3% of students were conservatives or libertarians. Most were lefties, and most of them were outspoken Marxists as well.

But it's really hard to get a true gauge of those things in academia, especially for students, because anyone that isn't a leftist is at a true risk of having their grades and future career harmed. I was an outspoken libertarian and it objectively hurt me academically.

I would say the legal profession runs the gamut of political beliefs and would most likely correlate with the general public. I don't believe it runs heavily one way or the other. I think that is because most people going to law school are already politically minded so the education system's Marxist indoctrination really doesn't have an effect.

However, the true problem is in schools and industries where the students are less politically inclined. In those places, the Marxist indoctrination does take hold. I'm thinking particularly of medical schools. Med schools are a hotbed of Marxist indoctrination at shockingly high levels. Particularly because most med students don't care about politics, they just love medicine and science and want to help people.

Although I can't speak to this personally, I have three medical doctors in my immediate family who can. But even outside of speaking with my family I have seen the effects. I had two close friends who went to medical school, both of which were completely apolitical. Before they went to medical school they never brought up politics or cared to discuss it when I brought it up. Both left 100% indoctrinated Marxists.

The medical education industry is by far the hardest hit by Marxist indoctrination. What makes it even worse is Medical Doctors aren't allowed to unionize or fight back against the Marxist bullshit going on in healthcare. If an investigative journalist wanted to become famous over-night all they would have to do is go into med schools around the country and document the Marxist indoctrination. It's insane.

96
Fuchtard 96 points ago +96 / -0

This explains how votes were stolen in Michigan. The interesting parts to me were:

  1. It's a built in function on all voting machines. Just pass the right parameters.
  2. It switches votes in heavy Republican areas. Normally, you would expect fraud in the Democratic areas.
59
Foreign_Aid_is_Theft 59 points ago +59 / -0

That is why(except because they are shitty programmers) it would be almost completely undetectable by the precinct. Because there was such a harsh flip in heavy Republican precincts it literally flipped the precinct.

But in most cases, it would simply syphon off a percentage of Trump voters across a bunch of precincts, giving Biden just enough to flip the states.

Probably why political operatives were pushing the "Republicans for Biden" signs.

We should probably track down whoever was responsible for the Republicans for Biden signs...

Great points, especially the second one.

I want to clarify that we are seeing two types of fraud in this election. The first is with the voting machines, which as you said is switching Trump votes to Biden in Republican areas. The second is with absentee ballots in heavily democrat areas.

9
Fuchtard 9 points ago +9 / -0

Trump's exposing it all!!!! Historic.

1
micaarzur 1 point ago +1 / -0

I guess that could also be the purpose of the voting machine algorithm, it doesn't want to cheat too much in the democratic areas, because that might create a suspiciously high vote percentage, so they cheat more in the more heavily republican areas where there won't be as much absentee ballot fraud.

9
FuckRioters 9 points ago +9 / -0

That is the clever part; people normally would look at republican districts for pro-democrat fraud last.

I have to wonder if California is heavily impacted by a similar form of fraud. I get that CA probably is blue, but I've seen indications that it's not quite as blue as we're lead to believe. If you used an algorithm like this one, you could effectively neuter red areas, ensuring they never quite overcome the support in blue areas.

You shouldn't need more than a handful of documented, verified cases where one person's vote was diluted by a fraudulent vote to throw out the results of an election and declare a re-vote.

Unfortunately we seem to live in an absolutely stupid society who need to see that enough dead people voted to make up the full margin of victory. We need a hand count of all of these counties. We also need to recount brown and Waukesha counties in Wisconsin as well. Out of 181 voting locations, trump did worse in 176 of them. 9

That's been the problem all along. They always stopped counting once it flipped and never bothered to look at the deep red counties. Why waste the time and money if the election turned out the way you wanted? I hope once Trump is in he takes the time to actually do the dirty work and we get this fixed.

The monitor this web browser's on is from 2007 and has a max 1440 x 900 resolution.

I have another monitor that's only 13 inches and is a 1024 x 768 resolution, another that's 1600 x 900 and then my main monitor is 1920 x 1080p.

This methodology is not convincing. He made assumptions about what a "normal" pattern looks like, and implied that the Wayne County data was actually normal, and we know that the Wayne County data is suspect AF and had a lot of shenanigans going on. So looking at that county as an example of an 'unweighted' sample doesn't pass the smell test for me.

He also glossed over the question of "is this a normal voter pattern?" by making an assumption about what a normal voter pattern using that methodology should be, not showing us what a normal voter pattern actually is. It should be simple to show what a normal voter pattern looks like by showing us normal voter patterns in other states where we know some of these shenanigans didn't appear to happen. Show us Ohio. Show us South Carolina. Show us Florida.

Additionally, he appeared to assume that the % of party line voters and non-party voters was roughly equivalent in identifying how many votes were 'siphoned', and that may not be the case at all. For example, you could have an 80% party-line voter republican margin that is also 80% of all of the votes, while only 20% of the votes were non-party line tickets, meaning any deviation of votes from Trump would be very small. It is conceivable to me that this is a normal pattern as the votes increase.

Also, he should have done the same analysis with Biden & Democrat party line votes to see if the reverse pattern holds for Biden.

I found this presentation unconvincing, especially the part about Wayne County being even remotely considered unweighted.

7
MAGADUDE 7 points ago +7 / -0

That isn't what I came away with. The perfect linear that clicks into motion at a set point screams computer algorithm

5
0x4D414741 5 points ago +5 / -0

Maybe, but he didn't include data samples other than the 4 MI counties. It might be a normal pattern - and he mentions that in his video (44:27). But his elimination of that possibility is not convincing. That's the key problem I have with it. Seeing a trend line in a sample of data is insufficient. He needs to show the same trend line does not appear with Biden & democrat-line voting. He needs to show the same trend line does not appear in a place not suspected of having irregularities.

The most curious part of the video is where he looks at Wayne county and sees a very different pattern. We KNOW Wayne county had significant fraud, yet per his data algorithm it doesn't indicate that at all. What seems more likely to me, is that the trend line IS actually a normal pattern, and its Wayne county that is abnormal.

4
MAGADUDE 4 points ago +4 / -0

They can be employing a different method of fraud in Wayne County or none at all if the county is deep blue.

5
0x4D414741 5 points ago +5 / -0

Speculating like that makes it less convincing, not more convincing. And that's the problem. I'm a very scientific, data-minded person and his argument was not convincing to me. I felt like it was a bit on the manipulative side. I would expect someone with a PhD to understand that you need to demonstrate that the trend line is abnormal, and he never did that. He just showed it and said "I would assume it should be like this..." and then showed it wasn't like that, and then spent a bunch of time talking about how strange that was, and then concluded that there was only one possibility.

That's not how science and good arguments work. He needs to show data of why it is abnormal, using other data that is commonly understood to be non-suspect.

There is control (baseline) in this presentation. Without that, we can't really know whether it is normal or not. Take for example the Benford's law data we saw. It was convincing because they showed what "normal" data looks like by showing Trump, Biden, Jorgenson together and and various different cities data, and then showed how certain cities had abnormal patterns. we had the control (normal cities) and the suspect data (the abnormal cities). That didn't happen here. We only saw abnormal data and he tried to explain away what normal data would look like without providing evidence that normal data actually looks like that.

I do agree, he did not provide enough evidence to support that point. personally I still believe he is correct but it would require more to "prove" it.

1
amopheldupsidedown 1 point ago +1 / -0

A graph of Biden & democrat lined voting would look like a rotated 180° image. Both axes include dems and biden. X is of % Rep to Dem, Y is % Trump to Biden

1
0x4D414741 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, it would look almost exactly the same. Because Biden cannot possibly do better than a high straight-party ticket than trump can', and the more straight-party it gets, the more likely that there will be variance.

6
TronaldDump 6 points ago +6 / -0

I agree his methodology is not convincing and won't help to convince normies. There are alternate theories to the data, such as "Regression to the mean":

In precincts that are redder, the independent individual candidate voters tend to be closer to the mean than the whole precinct, i.e. if the precinct is 80% straight party republican, the individual candidate voters are closer to the mean and only vote Trump 60% of the time, and likewise, if a precinct is 20% straight party republican, the individual candidate voters are closer to the mean, and vote trump 40%.

6
RedDem 6 points ago +6 / -0

Upvoting this because you make some good points.

3
Ivleeeg 3 points ago +3 / -0

The only two conclusions you can draw from this data is either the software is stealing votes from republican districts or trump is splitting tickets in a very bad way.

3
Ivleeeg 3 points ago +3 / -0

Feel free to come up with another scenario.

1
GucciMane1017 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think the point here is the inability to prove its not that is not a valid proof that it is that.

1
0x4D414741 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't need to. Burden of proof is on the person making the claim. Insufficient proof to convince is just that. If you want to sell normies that this is happening, this isn't good enough.

1
Ivleeeg 1 point ago +1 / -0

So in the face of evidence, your response is "where's the evidence?"

Ok. You're right that no one will convince you that this is it, because you refuse to believe your eyes.

1
0x4D414741 1 point ago +1 / -0

That isn't convincing evidence, for all the reasons previously stated.

1
amopheldupsidedown 1 point ago +1 / -0

It doesn't have to be absolute proof, or beyond a reasonable doubt proof, just reasonable to a person proof that there is shenanigans afoot, and they should either audit the count, throw out the votes in court, or the legislatures take responsibility to overrule the fraud.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
4
0x4D414741 4 points ago +4 / -0

His theory seems a bit like statistical manipulation, and he didn't adequately rule out other explanations.

To be convincing, he would need to:

  1. Show that the Biden pattern differs from the Trump pattern. All we saw was the Trump pattern.

  2. Show that the pattern does not hold in other states or counties without suspected fraud.

  3. Explain why Wayne county with all it's massive fraud did not show this pattern (and actually showed the opposite). Why was Wayne county a "normal" county in his data? He needs to explain that. He didn't. Instead of explaining it, he distracted by saying Trump gained with black voters. While interesting, that's irrelevant to explaining why Wayne was different.

4
theultimatesean 4 points ago +4 / -0

I had the same thoughts. Why not run the algorithm in another state, or on another election year. And why not just find the % of R voter registration instead of inferring from straight party votes?

This is why the Benford’s Law analysis is so damning for Biden.

1
0x4D414741 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly this. Apply the same methodology to other sets of data to show why the Michigan counties are irregular and have a bizarre pattern. He didn't do that, which makes it highly suspect. If his methodology and analysis is correct, it should be easy to show with other data sets. He didn't even do Biden's version of it (biden's diff from straight-party democrat tickets) for comparison. If there was vote siphoning happening, we should see a very different pattern for Biden's data.

Its coming from a guy who just claimed to hold the original patent for email. I want to think this is real, but I also want to see the math done in real time. I want to see how the districts are being placed on this graph on the stream.

Solid analysis. The identical slope of the distribution curves are remarkable.

15
Ozarkian 15 points ago +15 / -0

If you're having trouble following this, jump to about 39:00 where he breaks it down. Basically, there is an algorithym that takes votes from Trump and gives them to Biden based on the % of republican voters in a precinct. If a precinct id 90% Republican, 20-25% of the votes seem to be taken from Trump and given to Biden. In heavily democrat precincts, the algorithm doesnt take action. *correct me if I got it wrong, but any way you look at it, this system is Fvcked.

4
ThePowerOfPrayer 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's OK to use computers to speed up the counting process. What should happen is after the initial votes are recorded is that an independent team of auditors (bipartisan CPAs) hand count the ballots afterwards to confirm the machine totals are correct.
