This may be unrelated but worth mentioning. Anyone that is being blocked. I would try changing DNS settings first. I had a weird issue yesterday where I couldn't access archive website on Cloudflare DNS servers yesterday until I changed my DNS server. I made a comment about that yesterday it got no traction so I assumed it was just me. So anyone having issues with 404 on certain sites id try a different DNS server in case things appear blocked especially if any error that says "name not resolved " or something similar
