Our president needs us to lift him up in prayer so that he is not alone as he faces the evil he is up against specifically the spirit of deception (which has now taken over FOX news).

It's an easy thing to do but powerful.

Praying 3 or more times a day and have been for over a month. Prayer is the most powerful tool God gave us to fight evil.

GOD does not ask us to be religious. He asks us to love Him because He Loves us and to reflect that love by our conduct.

Isaiah 1:11-17 NLT "What makes you think I want all your sacrifices?" says the LORD. "I am sick of your burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fattened cattle. I get no pleasure from the blood of bulls and lambs and goats. [12] When you come to worship me, who asked you to parade through my courts with all your ceremony? [13] Stop bringing me your meaningless gifts; the incense of your offerings disgusts me! As for your celebrations of the new moon and the Sabbath and your special days for fasting- they are all sinful and false. I want no more of your pious meetings. [14] I hate your new moon celebrations and your annual festivals. They are a burden to me. I cannot stand them! [15] When you lift up your hands in prayer, I will not look. Though you offer many prayers, I will not listen, for your hands are covered with the blood of innocent victims. [16] Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways. [17] Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.

James 1:26-27 NLT If you claim to be religious but don't control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. [27] Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.

The same thing can be found all over the Bible.

how things are unfolding it seems more and more all this crisis was planned or the libtatds/chinese were quick to improvise upon it, after the dust settles we might really know what happened in all those nursing homes

I’ve been praying everyday since he was elected. Now I pray several times a day. I wish more people realized that this is ultimately a spiritual battle. Good vs evil

There are several very powerful demonic forces at work right now. We need to pray with the authority given to those who have been washed in the Blood of Jesus. As Christians we should also check in with the Holy Spirit to find out if we are still carrying idols that will hinder us like the idol of hatred.

Prayed in church today. May the Lord continue to expose this fraud, this theft against this nation and may he continue to protect and bless this great nation.

17
TeslaTimeMachine 17 points ago +17 / -0

Judge and vindicate me, O God; plead my case against an ungodly nation.

O rescue me from the deceitful and unjust man!

For You are the God of my strength [my stronghold—in whom I take refuge]; why have You rejected me?

Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your dwelling places.

Then I will go to the altar of God, To God, my exceeding joy; With the lyre I will praise You, O God, my God!

Why are you in despair, O my soul?

And why are you restless and disturbed within me?

Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall again praise Him, The help of my [sad] countenance and my God.

Y’all fasting? I’ve been itching to try but there’s no way I’ll make it til December lol

brie_cheese 8 points ago +8 / -0

You don't have to do a "no food at all" fast. There are many things to fast from. You could just fast from a certain food, like sweets, meat, or alcohol, or on certain days. Or you can even fast from non-food things, like TV, video games, or complaining. You don't have to make it extreme to make it worthwhile - the main thing is to make it a genuine, real sacrifice that is challenging but you won't immediately fail at. God will see your sacrifice.

6
PeaceThroughStrength 6 points ago +6 / -0

You'd be surprised how far you can get.

Try to fast in three day increments, and if you make it the third day, see if you can commit to another string of three.

2
sailorgaia 2 points ago +2 / -0

I fasted on election day but plan to begin again. While I've been a Christian a majority of my life I am ashamed to say I've never done a spiritual fast until now. You can fast with just water and break at the end of the day; depends on you. I am replacing several meals with prayer and worship.

Every day I am more convinced where God's favor is. I see no Democrats praising God nor praying for favor, although I am sure there are some out there. What is amazing is the amount of open support and prayer Christians and even churches have shown for Trump. Fact is we know what is at stake here. Let us lift up our voices together and trust in the Lord to bring us victory!

Continuously? I can't promise that, but I will pray at least once per hour until Trump is officially the President Re-Elect.

8
ShalomRPh 8 points ago +8 / -0

I didn't click the button, because I'm not a Christian, but I've been praying for Trump's success every day since before the election. I've been reciting Psalms, and it's amazing how many of them can relate specifically to the President's situation, given that King David, author of many of the psalms, had similar vicissitudes during his reign.

The specific prayer I use after the Psalm reading was probably written for one of the Russian czars (Nikolai I, or maybe Alexander III) but it's easily enough rewritten for any ruler; e.g. the British sidurim (Hebrew prayer books) of the 1800s had the same prayer verbatim, but recast in the female gender for Queen Victoria (Hebrew has no neuter gender). Some of the sidurim printed in this country in the early 1900s by the Hebrew Publishing Company include the prayer with a blank space for the name of the current President, but I can't find a copy of that right now, so I'm using what I have in the house, which names Nikolai Alexandrovitch II, and substitute "Donald John Trump" instead.

This old ship has been through battles before, Storms and tempests, and rocks on the shore. Though the hull may be battered, Inside, it's safe and dry; It will carry its cargo to the port in the sky!

Let the church be the church, let the people rejoice; For we've settled the question, We've made our choice. Let the anthems ring out, songs of victory swell; For the church triumphant is alive and well!

St. Michael the Archangel,

defend us in battle.

Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.

May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,

and do thou,

O Prince of the heavenly hosts,

by the power of God,

thrust into hell Satan,

and all the evil spirits,

who prowl about the world

seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

My local church says it at the end of every mass. We do it after the closing prayers from the priest because it’s technically not part of the mass.

Frens, I am not religious. I do not believe that stuff. I prayed for the first time two nights ago, asking the lord to not let these evil cheaters win, and let the truth and goodness prevail.

This is crazy to me, because it is looking like my prayer is going to be answered. Good will beat evil!

I'm not Christian per say. I'm meta religious. I believe God is the driving force of creation and religion is a manifestation of human's understanding of God. Christianity is probably the best manifestation of the understanding of God. And prayer is a powerful way to connect with God. So bottom line, I will gladly pray with all my based patriot Christian Brothers and Sisters.

I’ve been praying daily that if America truly decided to select Trump over the wicked and depraved democratic platform that the LORD would grant us success and catch the cheaters in their own snares. And that we would use the next 4 years to be peacemakers and to fight for the innocent, and not waste it.

To give Trump continued wisdom and energy. The ability to see lie and see truth, and to know we are behind him 100%. To give him internal peace, insight and protection.
