Ie, take the 6 from this (.546) and give it to biden, which is tens of thousands of votes. At next post, trump has only .54 of the vote and biden picked up .XX6. They applied this to all states and it validates/reproduces every time. This also aligns with the 'glitch' ie THIS IS THE GLITCH.
