I specifically mentioned this the other day. He shouldn't use big law because people in the firm can access files for a lot of other attorneys, regardless of whether they're on the matter or not.
There are ethical roadblocks, but liberals have consistently shown that they live by "rules for thee, not for me." Jones Day is one of the largest firms in the world.
I hope this isn't true, bc I would be concerned with who is over there advising on this crap. Any attorney should know a matter this high profile would be spied upon at a big law.
Speaking as a former Big 4 CPA and Big Law attorney. I left both because they're incredibly unscrupulous. From the top to the bottom. Every major corporate legal issue you see in the news is not the fault of the corporation alone, they are also taking advice from their attorneys and CPAs to do the transactions that get themselves in trouble.

Wouldn’t surprise me! Though, I think Trump knows the deep state is out to get him and would be cognizant that this could happen. Unfortunately, he’s only one man and it’s hard to vet everyone.
