Tabulation machines scan images of the ballot. These images are what is counted (and stored). They are "the ballot" since they are the only record. The images are supposed to be (per fed law) maintained for 22 months. Many states ignore this and delete the images, meaning we cannot count or audit the representations of the phsyical ballots

by design from the states and in contravention of federal election law!

All digital voting tabulators since Diebold (the original) have a FEATURE called "Weighted Race". This allows the vote counter to tell the system how to alter the output according to some weights (e.g. distribute votes unevenly or play with fractions).

This enables obfuscation of the system, since the output is represented in decimal percentages by precinct. These are not INTEGER numbers (e.g. raw counts), but percentages (e.g. floating point numbers stored on a computer). This introduces both inaccuracy and ambiguity, since the system changes the output (going from counting to imprecise fractional representation). This opens the door for manipulating vote distributions. We see the results in older races (like Shiva's in MA), where the total number of votes exceeded the number of voters in ALL city/towns. Either by design or rounding error (wink).

Ex. As the total number of votes increased, they expect to see the actual distribution stabilize (e.g. approaching the actual population of voter percentage). In the hand-counted county, this occurs. In all other machine-counted counties (again for Shiva's MA election), the percentage does NOT converge, which is not natural, and indicative of fraud.

In short, 69K votes from Trump were transferred to Biden in these 3 counties.

[Ed. note - there appears to be hard evidence for a weighted-race algorithm employed to ensure that where Trump would be expected to do well proportionally, e.g. in larger straight-ticket Republican precincts, he did the opposite!

This phenomenon repeated through multiple counties, and only "kicks in" when the % of Republican straight ticket count is above 20-25%. Before the vote hacking occurs, Trump substantially outperforms the straight ticket republican votes in these assumably proportionally smaller Red precincts!]

Benny - Rarely would say 0%, 1%. It's just not something you would see again. The engineering is reversing the organization of the precincts. As they grow in size, at some point, you're supposed to strike an average. (Diverges!). Not germane to something that's natural, must be artificial.

Inputs and outputs to our voting systems are unverifiable. Need for: verifiable inputs (permanent voter registration card) open source software handmarked paper ballots Viable solution because if at any point you want to remove the computer from the process, you can still arrive at an output. Voter intent is enshrined with hand-eye coordination.

The documented feature of a weighted election is such a bad idea. The only verifiable to us is the input.

Think that what happened was in MI, they saw something was wrong in some counties (flat curve) and hand counted. In bigger counties, left it with the machines and produced a curve.

The image of the ballot is what the machine counts. That ballot image IS the ballot. Those ballot images (in many states) are DELETED. There is no way to reproduce. Saving of ballot images is a factory setting. Ballot voting companies are trying to be compliant with federal law (save all records for election for 22 months). Places like MA don't save. They claim that MA state has a different law that allows them to delete the images.
