So that incremental update although only had 54-vote change on the top line, nearly 18, 000 already counted votes must have been switched to Biden to reflect that change in percentage

Why on earth would they calculate vote shares using a floating point number and apply it to a total instead of just using the actual count. What the hell kind of BS is that?

I want the source code for this election tallying software - did they release it anywhere?
