i would run malware-bytes and a virus scan just to be safe. Most of those fake sites will just pop-up a window saying they have hacked your pc. But all you have to do is ALT-F4 the page or CTRL-ALT-DEL and close your browser.
I've got one running now, just as a precaution. I'm pretty computer smart, so overall I know what to look for, guess just making sure there's not something new I haven't come across before to be looking for.
