I will say that Tim is good for the initial planting of the redpill in his audience's hands... Maybe not his post-election content, but the last couple of years leading up to the election. After the redpill is swallowed through, you kind of see through Tim's fencesitting as a way for Tim to keep telling himself and others "I was right!"
