X axis is "interger value of leading digit" and y value is frequency.
In laymens?
In a set of random numbers, you should see a curve (as demonstrated by the red line in both) and major deviation from that curve in robust data is a well known red flag for fraud.
Whats the data? Are they ballots? What is it graphing here? I havent done calculus in 20 years, sorry.
