this is the issue, he needs to get cleared. there is actually NO reason to pardon him since even the DOJ dismissed the fucking case it is just being held up by the goon judge. SInce Trump is getting a 2nd term he should just wait it out and get Flynn back in.
Maybe Gen Flynn will get pardoned or the case will finally be dropped. Can Trump pardon him now or does he have to wait until a ruling?
