Hannity on his Radio show was teasing the crap out of everything to do with Russiagate. I do think actually said tick tock a lot (like a ticking clock). We rarely ever got any booms on his show that I hadn't already read on Breitbart or heard here first.

Hannity has some editorial control over his show. Remember, back in early 2016, when Fox was far more transparent about being a Neocon Never Trumper channel, Hannity was the only voice there beating the drum for Trump.

When the momentum is finally there to accomplish your purported goals a man like Hannity starts pulling punches, unwilling to risk everything the establishment media has provided him.
