If this is serious, here's what needs to happen:

Get a hold of the voter database and the mail-in ballots.

These people aren't smart. I'm sure they exported the names in some default order - either the primary key of the database, or name/zip code order, or something.

These names were placed on the mail-in ballots in roughly that order by groups of people each taking one piece of paper.

Show that there are large batches of mail-in ballots that line up with the order that the voter records exist in the default order, and you can show there is no possibility that these were just a normally gathered set of mail-in ballots.

I've got some ability to analyze such data sets, if made available.
