As someone who has won local elections in Ohio (and my ward voted 80/20 for Trump no less) I can tell you Ohio also counts all the absentee ballots as they are received and as soon as the polls close those counts are posted. None of this continuous counting after the fact. I believe PA, MI, WI, etc. would all look like Ohio or Florida if they followed the same process. As another example, Cuyahoga county is one of the heaviest populated counties in Ohio and is the bluest of blue. Voter turnout from their BOE site shows turnout of around 65%. If anyone has been to Cleveland you would know that Detroit and Milwaukee are the same. Same feel, similar look, same neighborhoods, similar ethnic history, etc. There is no way Detroit or Milwaukee had turnouts as high as they did if Cleveland/Cuyahoga was at 65%.

Frank LaRose has got Ohio's shit together. Ohio and Florida should be a model for all these other bullshit states. National voter ID is needed and the ONLY way someone should be able to vote by mail is if they send a formal application request and provide their drivers license or last 4 SSN like I have to in Ohio.
