Some updates on the PA court case.

I have access to the pacer monitor which lets you track court cases.

Today the Trump vs PA case started.

Some updates people might find interesting:

Boockvar wanted the case transferes from Williamsport where it is now to Harrisburg. This was denied. I’m not sure if there is anything more to read into that but if anyone can make any points regarding this context, please do.

Plaintiffs and Defendant are scheduled to file their motions (for relief and dismiss respectively) tomorrow and follow up responses by 16th.

Oral arguments set for 17th at 1:30 pm.

Evidentiary hearing is the 19th.

When is PACER Free?

You access $30 or less worth of court records within a quarter.

Hell, I might make an account just to buy and release any relevant court documents we don't already have.
