Today the Trump vs PA case started.
Some updates people might find interesting:
Boockvar wanted the case transferes from Williamsport where it is now to Harrisburg. This was denied. I’m not sure if there is anything more to read into that but if anyone can make any points regarding this context, please do.
Plaintiffs and Defendant are scheduled to file their motions (for relief and dismiss respectively) tomorrow and follow up responses by 16th.
Oral arguments set for 17th at 1:30 pm.
Evidentiary hearing is the 19th.
Yeah it’s a Obama appointee so hopefully while Democrat pick maybe he was annoyed by the request and that will set the “mood”
We can hope. Judges can be quite fickle.
