I looked at the data, this is wrong. This is a problem with how edison is reporting the data. Edison reports the candidate's vote percent to 3 digits whereas the vote totals are 7 digits so we cant get an accurate number down to the tens of thousands place. There is not switch it is simply a result of imprecision.
