My question is, can any of this be proven in court. Can lawyers actually take this info and get those votes overturned/returned. I don't want hollow "it's over!!" Hope. Can someone smart explain? (I am not poo-pooing this work, I just want to know what effect it can have if any)

Not a lawyer, or someone particularly smart, but if paper ballot integrity was preserved then vote switching in software would be easily demonstrated by an audit and a manual recount.
