I just realized this important clue about the '450K Biden-Only Ballots' nationally that seems to be ignored in all of this discussion...THE PLACES WITH THE EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE AND ANOMALOUS NUMBERS OF BIDEN-ONLY BALLOTS ARE THE DEMOCRAT CITIES IN SWING STATES.
