I'm trying to make little infographics to show how fake news spreads. I.e. A picture split into four equal parts. Top left is Dem twitter making a lie. Top right is Fake News spreading it. Bottom left is a proof refuting it. Bottom right is text that explains what is happening.

What is the best way to edit something like that together? Paint? Adobe Acrobat?

PowerPoint works, or the LibreElec version. If you looking for something fun, try Inkscape, the price is right.

Mematic on iOS is fairly simple to use and has templates like this to arrange the photos/screenshots and add text. The paid upgrade version removes the watermark
