If it is still not decided by then, the PA legislature decides. Besides, this is expected to go to SCOTUS, so his rejection is just an expected formality. (unless he has some bizarre realization not to play games). Remember, the writ is already in front of SCOTUS, so if they see something they do not like from this judge they will intervene. I think they are giving the guy a chance, to see whether he does things right, or they have to overrule him. Remember 4 of the Judges on SCOTUS said what the PA court did was illegal and subverted the PA legislature. And the Legislature also said the changes were illegal. Roberts did not disagree, but thought that changing the rules again, just 3 days before the election would cause too much chaos (and possibly allow the Dems to sue over dis-enfranchisement).
Also, keep in mind the Dems have few friends on SCOTUS. Both Thomas and Kavanaugh were destroyed by them and the Dems said they would pack the Court, so I think they are not going to go for that. IMHO
A lot can happen in a month. Look at what we did in just a week: we practically exposed the biggest election fraud in American history and have multiple lawsuits flying everywhere. Now with many patriots fully mobilized and the leftist wieners still dizzy from that first punch, we can do a lot more punches.
I also agree that we are probably aiming for the Supreme Court with this case, so it might not matter if Brann threw the case out.
They don't have to certify until dec. If it gets tossed out the Trump team will appeal to a higher court. The plan was to go to SCOTUS.
supreme court can reach in and take it if they want.
no hierarchy required
Can we ask for a new judge. The case is going to get tossed

Depends. The Scotus can assign the 12th Amendment rights to the lege, or can call it themselves (Gore v Bush) and remand the electors to Trump's camp.
4 current Supreme Court Justices worked on the Gore v Bush case, and Justice Thomas has an axe to grind.
If the courts slow walk this and questionable ballots are still in play, it simply will not be certified.
the sooner its tossed out the sooner we can get it to the supreme court
I agree it may be bad news, but Brann was a Republican Party guy for many years. Maybe there’s hope he’ll follow the law at least.
It’s only official when the electoral college says it is.
But I read it has to be certified by December 14th
By “certified” they mean the electoral college votes.
But they have to vote by December 14th even if there is outstanding litigation. It is fucking bullshit fuck this country
It’s going to be okay. I’m praying for you right now. I believe it is going to work out. The right people know the deadlines.
Yes and the legislature can refuse to certify the electors
Doesn’t matter, whichever party loses will appeal
