Like with everything else my worry isn't with our side, its who could possibly fuck us, like SCOTUS or someone like that with authority...toss out our case on a technicality, just refuse to acknowledge all the work put in to proving the case and at the end of the day saying "I don't care what kind of proof you have, I'm not listening and I'm throwing out the case". Lots of influential people have a price, lots of influential people are not friends of ours or the MAGA movement and could sell out. We just have to make the best case we can, hope Trump's folks have all the ducks lined up and hope the people we end up presenting to do the right thing. The waiting IS the hardest part.
