BUT you should still be able to use a first-digit-frequency analysis,
for Biden vs. Trump vs. Libertarian
At the precinct, count, and state level.
And do it for the Senate Races in each state (D vs R)
and do the same for successive batches of votes (election day vs. each day after election day).
Look for anomalies / outliers associated with Biden.
