You can use tubeninja.com or ytmp3.cc to download videos using the YouTube link address. Haven't used the first one personally yet but bookmarked it at another pede's suggestion.
Ytmp3 has a length limit though, but will let you grab YouTube videos as mp3 or mp4 so check which one you click--nice for songs or audio-only kinds of content.
Bitchute seems to be the most popular place to upload that isn't insanely censor-happy at the moment.
