I think the deep state wants civil war. They don't care if they made it so blatantly obvious. they wanted to be caught. Such a "huge win" for them will make the dem base freak their shit out when Trump "steals the election and assumes a dictatorship"

This is what I think too. They knew full well that they were going to lose and lose big. So they blatantly cheated so that their defeat would stir up as much unrest as possible. And the Biden voters would feel like victims instead of feeling stupid for having been patsies.
They believed the crap polling, then when it was such an landslide they couldn’t just rely on their rigged machines. They had to resort to stuffing ballots the old fashioned way.
My theory is that they didn’t believe the polling was crap— that was part of the plan.
Convince the population Biden will crush him...use the software to “crush” him which is less obvious. Software wasn’t enough and now the ballots are rushed and sloppy for easy evidence. Alongside a multitude of other things.
