Ok thank you ..so inntha same theme here- PA also voted to allow mail in ballots for an additional 3 days after election day. Does that stand or is that also illegal? So much shit to chop through

That's the thing, PA didn't vote for it. The PA supreme court took it upon themselves to allow the late ballots. According to the PA constitution only the state legislators can make that decision. The GOP appealed to the US Supreme Court but they declined.

From my understanding they appealed for it to be expedited and it was declined because ACB didnt have enough time. The actual supreme court ruling was never declined, just its expedition. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

That is one of the questions in the lawsuit. It will likely have to go to the Supreme Court, where they will rule against the late voting since that was something the Governor did illegally.
