My theory is that they didn’t believe the polling was crap— that was part of the plan.
Convince the population Biden will crush him...use the software to “crush” him which is less obvious. Software wasn’t enough and now the ballots are rushed and sloppy for easy evidence. Alongside a multitude of other things.
