I think they will be reluctant to, yeah. Especially given the gravity of the situation. You potentially disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of people because a small handful of people fucked up.

Ya, but this is not the first time poll watchers have been pushed around, it happens every damn election. If it was a single incident that was quickly rectified after a poll challenger challenged it, then fine, human error, fix it and move on, but when it's this bold the only way for it to get fixed is for it to have significant consequences. I'm not talking jail time, the DNC considers these people expendable, it needs to be clear that poll workers fucking around with the election, either through fraud or gross incompetence, cost them the presidency and perhaps control of the house. That's the only way the DNC will work proactively to make sure future elections are properly administered.

Well you and I aren’t the judge and we certainly aren’t anything like the legal mind and capability of Rudy Giuliani so let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and watch and see how this plays out.
