How the fuck is there no federal rules and there are 50 different sets of rules for elections? It's so stupid.

I typically like the limited powers granted to the Federal Government through the Constitution, but i completely agree that this one needs a change. Federal law should make standards for a Federal election. In person. On election day. Voter ID. Count votes by hand with witnesses.
