I've been training in swordfighting (HEMA) for a long time but I feel the same way. A weird gut feeling that I cant really describe in good detail. My mind has been off as of late due to the general state of things and I dont learn/perform the same when I feel off. Take a step back from MMA training if you need to. It may also help you gain perspective on why you do it in the first place and help you gain a greater appreciation when you pick it back up. Kick some ass next time you're sparring! Cheers mate.

I’m still getting paid and I’m taking care of my kid, while my wife also makes some extra money, going to work full time. A coworker sent me some stupid anti-trump gifs the other day. I told him that I knew he was stupid, but not that stupid, and then explained to him that the media doesn’t decide the election. He’s worried now. He thinks fraud is funny. I’ll keep that in mind for when I return in person

Outside of work I've temporarily cut off most people in my life. I'm not angry with anyone but also don't feel like being social right now.

Major economic decisions quite literally hang in the balance until we see what happens. Hell my next year is in question if Biden wins. After all I've seen, I can't just put my head down and go back to work. I'm... gearing up. I have no wife or kids, but my Nieces and Nephews are greatly impacted by this and cowid and the world closing in around them. I'm making decisions I never would have thought I would find myself in just 2 years ago. And the most amazing thing is. I'm not scared.. I'm just pissed beyond giving an sorts if fucks. I'm ready to end this for the sake of my sisters, my sisters kids. And their generation beyond.

Having said that, I just don't know what's gonna happen from one day to the next. Been looking at moving out of state and I don't want to go head first into a foreign area until I feel the dust has settled. I have my family and friends here. And the south is the south. THIS! Fucking yes! I have an insanely important project I'm working on right now. Something I've poured 2 years of my life into, and deals are about to be closed. But right now I have very little ability to focus on that.
I have put my project into a small window of my day, and the rest is focused on how were going to win. I also made a commitment to fast from video games "usually play a match or two for something in the evening" and other forms of major entertainment until we see this thing through! That includes diet as well. I feel I just be as focused as possible, to reflect the fight that the Trump team is undergoing.
I'm in the exact same scenario. I'm supposed to be applying for jobs and stuff right now but I'm finding it really hard to concentrate, so it hasn't been going as fast as it should.
