Big agree with you here. I see a lot of people in threads like this freak out simply because he isn't doing EXACTLY what this message board wants. That's not how reality works. He isn't an evil person because he isn't making your ideal decision.
I WANT the kind of person who will rule on the constitutionality of something, and NOT legislate from the bench. If Kav says its a bad law, but a valid law according to the constitution, I'm happy with that. Like you said, let the actual LAWMAKERS fix it.
